Business name and, if provided, business address
Email address and, if provided, phone number

The message you write and the delivery option you choose

Why we collect it

Solely to respond to your request and, if you decide to proceed, to prepare, build and provide ongoing support for your website. We don't use your data for advertising, and we don't sell or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

Legal basis

Your consent, given by ticking the checkbox on the form, and — once you become a client — the steps necessary to carry out the service you requested.

Who processes your data

Your request is handled personally by Lorenzo. To deliver the email notification, the form uses Resend, an email-delivery service, purely as a technical intermediary — it does not use your data for its own purposes. The site is hosted on Vercel.

How long we keep it

For as long as needed to handle your request, and, if you become a client, for the duration of our working relationship plus the time required by applicable legal or accounting obligations.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, or delete your data, or object to its use, at any time — just write to lorenzo.cappabianca7@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority (in Italy, the Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali).
